We make art.
Madison Flitch is a studio and art gallery that creates the best functional and sculptural art in the midwest. Our purpose is to make these works available to designers and direct to the public.
We are a collective of industrial designers and artists who have developed a unique set of perspectives and processes through our on-site workshop that allows clients the ability to collaborate within our in-house style. We strive to maintain a fresh, forward-thinking perspective for our clients and partners.
We think local.
Madison Flitch showcases the beauty of natural materials that come “from the earth” through fashion-forward design thinking. We think “locally”, by looking at the talent, materials, and landscapes immediately around us to develop art that represents and celebrates the beauty of the midwest.
We collaborate
We will work with you to develop a functional or sculptural art piece within our fresh design perspective. We specialize in sculptural furniture, wall art, and in-the-round pieces using wood, leather, and metal.
WORK WITH US
We support the arts.
We host interns and apprentices who are seeking to develop their skills and perspective in the medium of wood, leather, or metal. Our program ensures our studio style stays fresh while allowing artists to develop their voice. Artists are drawn from local art institutions or studios in Kansas City.
We also have a Patron program that allows other supporters of the art to fund and participate in the development of artist perspectives.
